Firelite Lodge - Tahoe Vista

The breakfast was fresh made with fruit, juice and pastries, you will not be disappointed.

It is an enchanting and upscale hotel with awesome view of the lake. The staff are friendly and excellent, giving their best to make the stay a really really nice experience. The breakfast was freshly prepared, we loved lots of meals. This small venue has an ideal location right across the lake.

The area was quite expensive.

The location was perfect and excellent for exploring this very quite area, not far from Agate beach and kayaking, the stores and the lake side. Also, spent some time by the lake, it's 300 metres of the hotel.

It was impressive, quiet and with fireplace.

fair stay but some improvements needed

The location allowed easy access to the beach and local restaurants. The staff provided effective communication despite our late arrival, ensuring smooth check-in. The pool area offered a lovely atmosphere with a great view of the surroundings.

The lodge, while charming, felt dated in some areas and could benefit from more modern amenities.

I would give the Firelite Lodge an a+ for sure. Very clean. The owner/manager was most accomodating. They are in the process of remodeling. I might add they are doing a great job. The location was wonderful. I could have stayed forever.

There was a nice flat screen tv and great view of Lake Tahoe

The staff was not very friendly and did not answer the front desk phone even at 9 am. Parking lot was small but not full. The heating system and refrigerator was noisy. Highway traffic noise was also noticeable. The front desk does not open until 7:30 am. Alright for the price.

Location is convenient to the ski areas. The hot tub/spa was easy to use and the correct temperature for January use.

The windows over the doors allow the night lights from the outside into the room. The room was very bright at night and was not easy to sleep. The bed was a little less comfortable than expected.

Firelite Lodge was so nice! The room was spacious, cute, and even had a cozy fireplace. Being just across from the lake was a definite highlight for us-perfect for morning views and walks. The location was convenient, with plenty of nearby dining options and easy access to NorthStar for some outdoor fun.

A little noise from the floor above was noticeable.

Recommend it for couples seeking relaxation

We had a room with a fireplace, made for cozy evenings. Plus, the view of the lake was fine , perfect for sunset watching with a drink in hand.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive , but still reasonable for what we got.

Everything was good about this hotel,the lake is literally across the road.Our room had a great view of the lake.Swimming pool was a bonus as to the spa.Beta the host is always on hand to answer your questions and the breakfast is excellent too.

We arrived around 11pm and contacted the hotel. They gave us our room number and left the room open for us. They were accomidating. The hotel is clean, spacious, had wifi. Mattress was a little bouncy. Perfect if you need a place to crash. Breakfast included waffles. Yum.

The heater was loud and the walls are thin.

Had a blast with my friends! We enjoyed kayaking on the lake and relaxing by the clean pool. The fridge and microwave in our room helped us save money on meals. Plus, the continental breakfast was a nice touch. Just know that if it gets warm, it can get stuffy at night without A/C. A great spot for groups!
